We’re a family owned and operated civil contracting business based out of Toodyay, 75 kilometres east of Perth in Western Australia. Over our time of operation, our main focus has been subdivision works, local government projects and MRD works. Vernice have been involved in a number of civil construction projects such as the Lancelin South subdivision, Indian Ocean Road construction, Badgingarra Wind Farm construction and more.

The capable directors behind Vernice are backed by years of extensive industry experience. The working directors are Michael, who has 40 years of operational experience, Stephen, who has 40 years of industry knowledge and experience, Liz, who has 20 years of experience and Paul who has been in the industry for over 35 years. Vernice currently employs 20 full time operators, 3 of which are full time fitters, a boilermaker, OH&S Officer and HR & Operations Manager.

Every operator working at Vernice is highly experienced and can travel anywhere in the state. All staff are fully ticketed and licensed to ensure our loyal customers receive a high standard of plant hire every time they do business with Vernice. We work with a high degree of flexibility and are experienced working in complex construction sites that demand a seasoned operators knowledge. All of the staff members at Vernice take a great deal of pride in meeting legal and procedural safety standards on every job site. We’re ISO accredited and regularly service and maintain every machine we operate with.
