June is a crazy month for any business large or small. It is the month we aim to tie off loose ends, get all the paperwork in order and ensure a smooth transition into the new financial year.
This June found our gear and operators all across the state! We still have a number of machines out on the Covalent Logistics Road project. This project is another large project that involves upgrading 113 km of road, graders, rollers, watercart, loaders and dozers are all on site with a handful of operators living the mine life.
The Crushing Duo, in Thomas and Max headed north to sunny Shark Bay this month for a total of 3 weeks. Crushing and Screening material for Main Roads WA. It's peak season up there at the moment and it was a little struggle to find accommodation, the guys stayed at Nanga Station and had a deadline. They, absolutely, smashed it! It was not just Max and Thomas that had fun up there. The convoy to mobilise and demobilise was half the fun for our truck drivers! The guys were up early and drover together all the way to site taking a couple of days to arrive and the same demobilising. The convoy consisted of:

More local jobs in and around the Shire of Toodyay are coming to fruition and larger tenders and RFQ's are coming through as we progress through winter towards spring.
We also still have our 2 D7 and D9 Dozers in the Gascoyne region pushing gravel for the Great Northern Highway upgrades and rehabbing existing pits.
The crew are ticking along nicely, and we are working towards some changes that will help streamline processes, production and make work safer!
